The EmpowerLegal App – What it Does, and How Users Benefit

Law firms nationwide can subscribe to EmpowerLegal for preparation videos to get their clients ready for mediations, depositions, and trials. After subscribing to the EmpowerLegal videos, law firms have access to a portal where they can create individual client logins for their clients. Clients can then login to watch the videos through the law firm portal – either on a computer or (hopefully) through an iTunes app.

In addition to just watching the preparation videos, clients can also (1) take personal notes within their app while they are watching the preparation videos, (2) send these note to their email through the app, and (3) select an attorney from the drop-down list of attorneys at their firm and send, through the app, questions or comments to directly to their attorney. A law firm can also send messages to their clients through the app about how to use the videos to prepare.
